About the Course

Build and operate a full-stack Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) environment from scratch. This course walks through the complete WAN architecture — vManage, vSmart, vBond orchestration — and covers Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP), OMP routing policy, application-aware routing, QoS, and secure WAN segmentation. Ideal for engineers managing distributed enterprise networks.

By the end of this course, you will have production-ready skills in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela). You will be confident designing, deploying, and troubleshooting real-world enterprise network environments.

• Deploy and configure vManage, vSmart, and vBond controllers in a production environment

• Onboard WAN Edge routers using Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) and manual methods

• Design OMP-based routing policies with centralized control plane logic

• Implement application-aware routing, QoS, and traffic steering across MPLS, broadband, and LTE

• Troubleshoot SD-WAN control and data plane issues with vAnalytics and real-time dashboards

Prerequisite:

• Working knowledge of OSPF, BGP, and WAN technologies (MPLS, IPSec)

• Basic familiarity with enterprise branch architecture and WAN design

• Hands-on Cisco IOS/IOS-XE experience at CCNP level or equivalent
